Truth in Processing™ - Now there's a better way

There is no greater source of confusion and mystery for merchants, than understanding processing fees such as the per-item fee plus "discount rate" charged to a merchant for processing a credit card transaction.

Veracity is focused on providing price transparency and clarity to our merchant services programs. Through our Truth in Processing (TIP) program, we train and educate our customers so that they can learn how to optimize interchange fee structures and minimize costs.

Merchants achieve the best discount rate on roughly half of their card transactions - usually due to "non-qualifying" factors that the merchant may not even be aware of. These non-qualifying surcharges can add unanticipated costs to the merchant transaction.

With the TIP program, we assist our customers on all aspects of information that enable them to make the right choices about their payment services and feel confident with their provider. Bottom line, we want to connect our merchants to the best and accurate information available.
